MySmartPrice has shared the specifications of the Oppo A53 and suggested that the handset may launch in Thailand, Indonesia, India, and Western and European markets alongside another A-series smartphone – Oppo A73.
In terms of inbuilt storage, the phone may offer two options as well – 64GB and 128GB. According to a report by MySmartPrice, citing an industry source, the Oppo A53 may be powered by Snapdragon 460 SoC. The device may come with two RAM options – 4GB and 6GB. Further, it may pack a 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging technology and operate on Android 10 with Oppo’s ColorOS 7 on top.

The front camera will be 16 MP and housed in a hole-punch cutout of the screen, while on the back we’ll see a 13 MP main shooter flanked by a 2 MP macro cam and a 2 MP depth sensor, just so the A53 can claim to have a triple rear camera setup. In addition to this, there will be a rear-mounted fingerprint reader too.
