Sony has released new software giving a big gift to its customers. After Sony’s update of this software, users can use their semi DSLR or DSLR camera for the webcam.
The company has released this feature to overcome the problems faced by people who are doing work from home. Earlier, Panasonic and Olympus have released this feature. With the help of this feature, users will be able to use their mirrorless camera as a webcam.
Sony has released a desktop software called ‘Imaging Edge Webcam’ with the help of which Sony’s digital camera can be converted into a high-quality webcam. This requires connecting your computer or laptop to a USB port.
This new Sony software will support many of the company’s DSLRs and mirrorless cameras, although one problem with this software is that it is also currently supporting Windows 10. This means that if you have a MacBook, you will not be able to use it.
